1. Controller
This policy applies to all iOS applications published by DVP Apps on the Apple App Store. DVP Apps is the data controller for any personal data processed under this policy.
2. Data We Collect and Why
App content you create (saved parks, trip details, visit history, settings) is stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us.
iCloud sync. If iCloud is enabled on your device, iOS may sync your app data across your own devices via your personal iCloud account. This is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to this data.
Advertising (Google AdMob). Our apps display ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Device identifiers (IDFA), subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice
- IP address, used to determine approximate location for ad targeting
- App interaction data (impressions, clicks)
AdMob data collection is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You will be shown Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking occurs. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only as described above — with Apple (iCloud) and Google (AdMob) as part of their respective platform services. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with any other third parties.
4. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict its processing. Because we store no personal data on our own servers, most requests can be addressed by deleting the app (removes local data) or managing your iCloud account. For AdMob data, submit requests to Google directly.
